By using Orbix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Orbix is a Discord moderation and security bot designed to help server administrators prevent raids, spam, and abusive behavior using automated systems.

2. Eligibility

You must have the required permissions to add and manage bots on a Discord server in order to use Orbix.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Orbix for illegal or abusive activities
• Attempt to exploit, bypass, or reverse engineer the service
• Use Orbix in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

4. Paid Plans & Billing

• Orbix offers optional paid plans for enhanced features
• All payments are non-refundable
• Upgrades within 7 days only require paying the price difference
• After 7 days, upgrade pricing may vary based on usage and time

5. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Orbix may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or system updates.

6. Limitation of Liability

Orbix is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for server damage, data loss, member loss, or other issues resulting from incorrect configuration or third-party actions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Orbix at any time if these terms are violated.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Orbix indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
